Dr Mehta is a Principal Dentist and Implantologist with extensive clinical and leadership experience. Nadia Reinolds, a CQC Registered Manager and dental practice owner, brings expertise in business strategy, patient experience, practice systems, operational efficiency, and building high-performing dental teams.
Together, they created Elevate Dental Academy to bridge the gap between clinical skills and real-world business success. The academy offers practical training and mentoring designed to help dental professionals and practice teams increase revenue, improve workflows, deliver exceptional patient care, and scale confidently.
