Some FAQs

Am I tied into a contract?

No! DenGro is a rolling 30 day subscription that you are free to cancel at any time. You are in full control of the subscription and can log in and cancel at any time. If you do cancel you can reactivate your existing account within 60 days, beyond that date you would need to set up a new subscription and start from scratch.

When does my billing cycle start?

You will need to add banking details to pay by Direct Debit or your credit or debit card to create your subscription, however we won’t bill for the first 14 days to allow you time to get the account set up and your team trained by our team.

Is there a setup fee?

There is no set up fee, once your subscription is created you can start to use DenGro immediately!

What are the set up tasks that need to be completed once I have created my subscription?

On activation you will be taken to your DenGro dashboard and Today page where you will see set up tasks that need to be actioned by yourself and your agency/developer.

These include:
> Adding in your team as users – add as many users as you like, there is no additional cost for this.
> Connecting up your online forms from your website and landing pages to your DenGro dashboard. Typically this simple connection work will be actioned by your web developer/agency who look after these forms and are responsible for their maintenance. Our in app developer documentation details how to complete this work.
> Book and attend live training with the DenGro Practice Support team
> Integrate your PMS (EXACT/Dentally/Aerona)
> Connect up your Facebook/IG page if you are running Lead ad forms within Meta.

How do I get the DenGro chatbot setup?

Our Pro Plan includes our dental AI chatbot. Once your subscription has been created you will have a set up task which will take you to our short chatbot form so you can submit all the key details needed so we can build your custom chatbot.
Once built we will share with you are preview of the bot and then supply you with a plug in or snippet of code that your developer or agency can add to your website for the bot to appear.

Are the nurture SMS and emails an additional cost?

No! The automated nurture SMS and emails that DenGro sends to your leads/enquiries/referrals are included in the monthly subscription.

Are the 1-1 messages in the Inbox an extra cost?

It is free to send emails via the DenGro Inbox, SMS and WhatsApp do incur usage costs.

What training and support do you provide?

We offer free training webinars every week and monthly training webinars on the reporting features.

Do you offer live chat support?

Yes, we offer live chat support Monday – Friday 9am- 5.30pm with our friendly, knowledgeable Practice Support team.
