How do I get the DenGro chatbot setup?
Our Pro Plan includes our dental AI chatbot. Once your subscription has been created you will have a set up task which will take you to our short chatbot form so you can submit all the key details needed so we can build your custom chatbot.
Once built we will share with you are preview of the bot and then supply you with a plug in or snippet of code that your developer or agency can add to your website for the bot to appear.
Is there a build fee for the chatbot?
There is no build fee, our chatbot team will build the bot and connect it to your DenGro account for free.
What if I need to make changes to the bot at a later date?
No problem, if you need changes made later just let us know and we can get the bot updated.
Will it be customised to my practice?
Yes! It will be designed and built to match your practice branding and colour palette. It can also include a headshot of a team member and you can select which treatments are included in the flow. You can even decide if you want prices included!
Do I get a preview of my bot before its added to my website?
Yes! You will be sent a preview link for you to approve the bot flow and to see how it will look when added to your website.
How does Live chat work?
Live chat is included within our bot at no extra cost. We can set your team with a log in and when they are logged into the chatbot portal the option to chat via live chat will appear. This will then notify your team who can then have a 1-1 chat with the lead/patient. If they are not logged in then the option for live chat will not appear.
