How do I reassign leads to another practice?

If your practice is part of a Group with DenGro, then you may want to reassign a lead to one of the other practices. This is particularly useful if the lead mentions that they live or work closer to one of your other practices and that location is more convenient for consultations.

You are able to reassign the lead by following these steps:

1) Click on the lead profile page

2) Click the three dots in the top right hand corner and select the drop down called ‘Lead Management’

3) You will then select from the dropdown which group you would like to associate the lead with. Unless your practice is part of multiple groups in DenGro then there will likely be only one group to select from here.

You can also decide if you want the group to manage the lead or keep it that the practice will continue to manage it. If you want the practice to manage the lead then keep it selected as ‘No’

4) The page will then reload and then you will be able to press the three dots again and choose ‘reassign lead’ and you can select which practice you want to reassign it to.

Job done! The lead will then appear on the practice’s dashboard that you assigned it to.
